8 AM~ Take the drops. Put 5 drops under tongue and wait until they are dissolved, then put 5 more drops under tongue and do not eat or drink 15 minutes before you take the drops, or after.
9 AM~
Breakfast which consists of 1 small apple and a cup of Green Tea flavored with Stevia
1 bottle of water
1 cup of Green Tea flavored with Stevia
12 PM~
1 Chicken breast flavored with Lemon Pepper grilled in the George Foreman grill
1 small cucumber sliced and flavored with salt
2 more bottles of water
2 pieces of Melba Toast
1 cup Green Tea
1 bottle of water
1 Apple
6 PM
~ Grilled Shrimp kabobs seasoned with garlic salt
~ Cucumber (I need to go shopping for different veggies)
~ Water
6:30 PM
~ Take Drops at least 15 minutes after eating, and wait 15 minutes before drinking anything after taking the drops
I felt really tired all day, I am sure it has to do with lack of sugar. The Green Tea DOES help with the food cravings and has tons of antioxidants.
I'VE LOST 3 POUNDS!!!
